  2. FutureEd Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd is an Independent IELTS Test centre of the British Council in New Zealand (NZ300) and an English language centre. Our Site provides information to students and people who intend to apply for overseas study or work, and require either IELTS, OET, or CAE exams.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations and warranties relating to the subject matter of these Terms, our Site and the use of our Resources.
  2. This exclusion includes (but is not limited to) loss or damage you might suffer because of any of the following:

REFUND POLICY

  1. All mock tests and e-books payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. For all online classes, any refund claim must be made 7 days before the class starts. For any candidate wishing to cancel after the course have commenced, refund will be made after deduction of the fees the number of classes attended.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Upon successful completion of payment for course/mock test/live class, the user will be given immediate access to the respective content. The user can login to the eLearning system by the link <https://digilearning.online/elearning>. Receipt of the service purchased will be emailed to the user’s email ID that is given by the user at the time of the purchase.

FEEDBACK

  1. We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, reviews, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site and our Service (“Feedback“). You may submit Feedback by emailing us at info@digilearning.online .
  2. You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license under all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise use the Feedback.
